SPAGHETTI WITH OLIVE PASTE

- ingredients
: olio Copar, pomodori verdi, basilico, olive Copar, pan grattato, sale, parmigiano, pasta di olive Copar, sugo di pomodoro.
Copar oil, green tomatoes, basil, Copar olives, bread crumbs, salt, parmesan cheese, Copar olive paste, tomato sauce.
Method: Skin and dice two green tomatoes, place in a pan with 30g olive oil and some basil, cook on a low fire for about 4 minutes. Add 20g breadcrumbs, 2 tea-spoons of olive paste and chopped olives and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously. In the meantime cook the spaghetti in salt water until they are al dente, drain them and place them in a pan with the tomato sauce for a few minutes on a low fire. Add the olive mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
