Copar, pan grattato, sale, parmigiano, pasta di olive Copar, sugo
di pomodoro.
Copar
oil, green tomatoes, basil, Copar olives, bread crumbs, salt, parmesan
cheese, Copar olive paste, tomato sauce.
Method: Skin and dice two green tomatoes, place in a pan with 30g
olive oil and some basil, cook on a low fire for about 4 minutes.
Add 20g breadcrumbs, 2 tea-spoons of olive paste and chopped olives
and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously. In the meantime cook
the spaghetti in salt water until they are al dente, drain them and
place them in a pan with the tomato sauce for a few minutes on a low
fire. Add the olive mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve
immediately.
