- ingredienti
: ribs, artichokes, Copar olives, Copar olive oil, pepper corns and salt grains.

Flatten the ribs with a meat cleaver, season with salt and pepper. Baste with olive oil and grill evenly turning them frequently. When golden, place on a serving dish while still hot and garnish with artichokes, green and black olives.
