VORSPEISE  NUDELN HAUPTGERICHTE
PAN BAGNA' WITH OLIVES

- ingredients:
French loaf bread, tomatoes, Copar olives, black ground pepper, Copar olive oil.
Method:
Slice French loaf and toast the slices, estimate a couple of slices per person. Place a slice of tomato and olives on each slice. Add Olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
OLIVE PATE' WITH BREAD SLICES

- ingredients
: olive Copar, limone, pangrattato, pepe, olio d'oliva Copar.
Copar olives, lemon, bread crumbs, pepper, Copar olive oil.
Method: Chop 200g olives, add juice of half a lemon, 20g breadcrumbs, 1 grated lemon rind and a generous pinch of pepper. Mix with a wooden spoon and place in fridge for a few hours.
Deliscious spread on sliced bread or toast.
